MY JOURNEY

I began training in Jazz Funk in South Korea shortly after graduating high school in 2021. Before that, much of my dance experience came from K-pop and a Filipino cultural dance called Tinikling. While living in Daegu, I trained at multiple studios and regularly traveled by KTX to Seoul to take weekly classes, staying committed to expanding my knowledge and pushing my own growth. The physical effort required to pursue these opportunities became something I genuinely enjoyed and found deeply transformative. Since then, I have taught students of all levels, from foundational dancers to more advanced movers, guiding them through their own development with the same mindset of growth and dedication.

I believe in two main things. First, that anyone can dance and create movement. Second, that training in dance technique can exist alongside having fun. The two are not mutually exclusive. I strive to create an environment where dancers can grow, challenge themselves, and still enjoy the process of learning and moving.
