I am a Seattle-based choreographer specializing in Jazz Funk and Fusion choreography, with extensive training in South Korea. My background also includes Vogue, Afro, Hip Hop, and Jazz foundations.

I began dancing in middle school through K-pop, and after graduating high school, I moved to South Korea for three years to deepen my craft. Around this time was when I switched my dancer name from "Narciso" to "MIN JAE" as it became a new start for my dance journey. While living in Daegu, I regularly traveled by KTX to train in Daejeon and Seoul, building a balanced but intensive training routine across multiple cities.

After returning to the US, I continued my education in Vancouver, Canada to strengthen my hip hop foundations and expand my understanding of choreographic structure. I also spent time training in New York at Peridance and Steps on Broadway, studying Femme Vogue and Commercial Jazz Funk/Hip Hop with various teachers. Most recently, I returned to Japan to train in Nagoya and Tokyo, focusing on Jazz Funk and Heels technique under the tutelage of people such as Natsumi Hanaoka, Mitsuki Betty, Chailee Yu, Naoto Kitamura, and more.

Since then, I have taught at studios in Daejeon, Seoul, Seattle, and Bellevue. I am currently on faculty at Tina’s Dance Studio in Bellevue, WA, where I teach weekly Jazz Funk. I also offer private/group customized classes for a similar price. Class information can be found below.
